London workshop for social movements on what changes hearts and minds, Nov 14-17
Please help us (Sense & Solidarity) spread the word...
As many of you know, over the past year+ I’ve been working intensely with Sarah Stein Lubrano on a new initiative, Sense & Solidarity, where we bring together her expertise in the politics and cognitive sciences and my expertise in social movements and the radical imagination to provide workshops and courses (and a podcast!) for social movements protagonists and others who want to change the world.
I’d be grateful if you might share news of our upcoming workshop in London (details below) which will run from November 14-17.
*** We’ve extended the deadline for applications to October 11! ***
For those who can’t make it all 3.5 days, we also have two public events:
A talk by me on “What Can We Learn from the Radical Imagination?” on the evening of November 14th.
A live podcast recording of WHAT DO WE WANT? on the topic of “The (problematic?) pleasures of activism” on the afternoon of November 16th
All events are happening at London’s Kairos space.
What Do We Want? the podcast
By the way, for those of you who were kind enough to donate to our crowdfunding campaign earlier this year, good news! We’ve finished production and will start releasing episodes on October 29!
Here’s a special exclusive promo!
Would you like us to do a workshop?
Sarah and I would be glad to do a workshop for you, either in person or online. Please get in touch!
We prefer doing workshops for already-established groups, but are also experienced in offering workshops for mixed groups.
